The mission of the EDGE task force is to assist Chamber staff with the development of local networking and educational activities and events targeted at young professionals and start-up entrepreneurs; implementation of social media ideas and concepts for the Chamber and community, and coordinating efforts with other area organizations working towards a common mission.

The next EDGE social will be on Thursday, April 18^th from 6-9 pm at the Odde Ice Arena, 400 24^th Avenue Northwest, for a rousing night of broomball. Broomball is like hockey, but on foot. Players wear regular shoes – not skates – and use brooms instead of sticks to hit a small ball into the opponent’s net. All equipment will be provided.

Food and beverages are included, and there is no cost to attend, but you must pre-register by April 17^th.

The EDGE task force socials are held to encourage business networking and is an ideal way to establish contacts and build relationships with fellow businessmen and women. They are open to all early career professionals, ages 21-40. You need not be a member of the Chamber of Commerce.
